FIRSTLY, WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A CHEF AND HOW DID YOU GET TO WHERE YOU ARE TODAY?

My journey into the culinary world began in 1995, inspired by a deep-seated passion for creating exceptional food. After graduating from culinary school, I started my career as a Pastry Chef, which laid the foundation for my expertise and creativity in the kitchen. I then expanded my experience by working in various restaurants and on cruise lines, which broadened my culinary skills and perspective. My career in hotels marked a significant turning point, where I advanced from Sous Chef to Executive Chef. This progression reflects my commitment to continuous growth and excellence in the culinary arts.
