Terms

• Fill in the Online Registration form or download the pdf and submit.
• Send your consultant 10-20 high resolution images of your property in landscape or portrait format above 1mb and a 100 – 200-word description of your property.
• Any material you send LUXE Global may be used by LUXE Global for any purpose, may be duplicated, or distributed by LUXE Global without restriction or further consent.
• Settle the annual once - off registration within 7 days of registration.
• The Registration fee can be paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Provision should be made for any charges that may occur due to transferring of funds as the full amount should reach LUXE Global Awards.
• The LUXE Global Bank Account does not require the use of an IBAN number in order to transfer funds.
• Proof of payment is needed and should be mailed to finance@luxeglobalawards.
• The update and usage of the official LUXE Global Logo and marketing tools by the participating Hotel/Spa/Restaurant is compulsory to confirm that the property is an official participant for the award year.
• LUXE Global reserves the right to disqualify participants.
• Authorised company representatives who submit the registration will be our main point of contact unless otherwise informed.
• Should any information about the property change, this must be emailed to your consultant. Should any changes not be communicated, LUXE Global will not be held responsible for out-of-date Listings.
• All LUXE Global participants should supply us with a complimentary voucher for two people over three nights in a luxury room or suite valid for 24 months and must include airport transfers, all meals, non - alcoholic beverages and one spa voucher for two. The purpose of this voucher is for a LUXE Global representative to visit and review your property. This will be published on our website, social media channels and is a tool for exposure.
