1. Firstly, a huge Congratulations to you and the team for being named the LUXE Global 2022 Spa of the Year as well as best Luxury Cosmetic Brand Globally. Could you tell us what this means to you and the team and how it inspires you moving forward?

We are very proud. It's amazing, these two awards, the LUXE Global 2022 Spa of the Year as well as best Luxury Cosmetic Brand Globally! These awards are very important to us as they are due to the votes from our customers. This is a reward for our commitment, our expertise and the rigor we bring to our daily work to constantly improve our know-how. 

In hotel spas, we must meet the expectations of a demanding clientele.

During a stay in a 5-star hotel, clients come to us looking for a level of service that matches their expenses and the standards expected. 

Just as the hotel makes it a point of honor to offer its guests good products, quality bedding or exceptional dishes in the restaurant...

We had to follow the same approach in the spa by offering Sym Biologic System to our clients, with ultra-efficient treatments made with good and effective products, good for their health.

These awards confirm that we are on the right track and encourage us to go even further.

2. Could you tell us a bit more about your journey leading up to Sym Biologic System Spa and your cosmetic brand?

For more than 15 years, we have been designing and operating spas.Operational reality is our daily business.

We know that today, the success of a spa depends on several requirements:

• A warm and sincere welcome.
• A caring, expert and regularly trained team.
• A fluid customer care that leaves no room for confusion and that follows the standards of luxury hotels with unfailing rigor.

The world of 5* Hotel Spa is our specialty. We bring the best of our expertise to the spas we operate.
Until now, we have mastered the entire customer experience except for the cosmetic brand.

Indeed, a brand that offers effective products and treatments, with results that respond to the problems of our customers and that is good for the health, did not exist. With that respect, the creation of Sym Biologic System became an obvious decision.

A year ago, we brought Sym Biologic System to the Spa du Castellet.

4. During your journey, what have you found to be the most important factor for a successful team?

We don't do this job by chance. We share the same passion, that is sincerely taking care of each other and of our clients. The involvement and the desire to always surpass ourselves are determining factors.

The success of a team is built in 3 fundamental steps. First of all, it is necessary to share a common vision that brings people together, develops a sense of belonging, builds trust and creates cohesion. Then, make each one aware of the importance of what they do and give meaning to their job. Finally, providethem the best training to develop their skills.

From there, we have a united team that works in confidence and with whom we share a common goal.

5. What do you believe sets Sym Biologic System Spa apart?
