amenity Feature
Inspired by the Russian avant-garde, the art space Cube.Moscow exclusively for the hotel has curated artworks by contemporary Russian artists, including Elena Popova, Vladimir Semensky and Lyudmila Konstantinova. During the challenging but fascinating selection process, thousands of paintings from more than 40 artists were reviewed. Today, paintings by Russian masters enliven the interiors of the hotel, adding another dimension to the magnificent decor of the rooms. From now on, the hotel guests can proudly gaze on the true pearls of the Russian contemporary art scene in the heart of Moscow. The O2 rooftop restaurant offers a magnificent panorama of Red Square, the Kremlin and Tverskaya Street from the open terrace, and thanks to the glass dome, the space is flooded with natural light. Unlike the design concept of the building, where the classical theme dominates, the bar is decorated in a modern style.

Hotel Description
The Carlton, Moscow is located in a unique historical place that has served as a haven for business travelers and tourists for centuries. In the XVIII century there was the "Tsargrad tavern", in the XIX century — the "France" hotel, and from 1970 to 2002, the "Intourist" hotel was located at this address. The facade of the 11-store building is reminiscent of the Russian classicism, widespread in Russia in the second half of the XVIII-XIX centuries, and organically fits into the historical appearance of Tverskaya Street. The developer of the project was "Mosproject", one of the largest and most experienced architectural companies in Moscow.
