Allow us to introduce you to Gemelli, an Italian restaurant that has become the cornerstone of the Sandton dining scene. It is the creation of Alessandro Khojane, a food lover who grew up as one of six children to parents who entertained often, and passed on a passion for hospitality to their son.“The inspiration for the restaurant stems from me always wanting to work and live in New York, so when building Gemelli my brief to my designer was that I wanted a New York loft feel,” shares Alessandro.
