They invite their guests to encounter the ruggedness of Africa within the luxurious setting of their restaurant where a mixed fusion of African ambiance blends itself with the flavours of a rich and diverse cultural heritage. At Karibu restaurant they take pride in offering their guests a selection of the Cape’s finest wines which they have sourced from emerging and established estates. Storage of wine is in a series of 9 varied temperature-controlled glass front display fridges holding a maximum of 2338 bottles as well a temperature-controlled cellar holding a maximum of 3840 bottles. In addition to this we have a selection of Rare wines (45 cases in total) stored at temperature and humidity. These wines vary in vintage from 1979 to 1995.
