For us at Towa, appreciating culinary arts is not about merely having a dish, but also an interactive journey. Starting from the purest and finest ingredients, the variety of high-graded seafood of TOWA mostly comes from the famous market Toyosu in Tokyo. Besides this, some seasonal fishes are carefully picked from the Hokkaido seafood market and Nagasaki Bay. More especially, the blue-fin tuna is imported from Kochi - the city famed for its excellent wine and fish products. After arriving at TOWA, under the hands of our professional chefs with exclusive recipes, the elegant and authentic dishes will be prepared exquisitely to match each diner’s taste, but still keep the concentrated nutrition and pure lusciousness of the ingredients. To enhance your experience, only at our sushi bar, TOWA especially introduces Omakase - a unique Japanese cuisine style, which could be easily understood as “leave it to the chefs”.
